Take Up Your Cross

Some intense photos prove that being a Christian may be hard, but we can work through it if we just trust in HIM

This shows the innocence in what kids can freely worship the Lord...

Some people drag the cross or Christ behind them when in fact he should be leading if not pulling them.

"Take up your cross and Follow Him" a saying which means to take up whatever burdens you may have and follow him, that he'll help you through it!

Janelle, my name is Meghan and I'm the director of worship at Duke University Chapel in Durham. I was wondering if we could use the image of the boy dragging the cross behind him on our bulletin cover this week? We do post our bulletins on our website. www.chapel.duke.edu. My email is mef@duke.edu. We'd love to use it if possible!
